Tyrion Lannister inherited a good portion of land from his father.
Why does mr. Tyrion suddenly gain a full claim on EVERY lordship or high-lordship in his realm?

It basically fucks up the whole realm. Lord after lord, who have ruled their piece of land for generations, lose their provinces without any 'fair' reason. And no one cares, because the Lord Paramount can spawn claims like he is some kind of dragon-wizard.

Anyway, Ser Gregor Clegane, the big badass now turning grey-haired, is fearing he will live to see his castle taken by the imp. He just pressed a claim for the high-lordship of Nunn's Hill for his wife, a Lannister. The Foote's in Nunns' Hill are almost eradicated, so Clegane had no other option than to install a legitemate claimant. But guess what...? Both the high-lordship and the lordship were stolen after a few weeks of reign, and Clegane's wife is back in her husband's castle.
Not that the high-lordship was a fruitful one, as yes you guess right, most of the lords lost their lands to you-know-who.

When will he die?

The real question is how did house Seaworth get the Stormlands or whatever king tiered title you're fighting them over?
All hail the Onion King! Warden of the South and King of the Stormlands!

Yeah, I have no idea. Stannis was executed by some other king and his daughter died of cancer

This is the line of succession. I am not sure anymore what happened, but Tommen abdicated at some point in favor of Edric Storm, bastard of Robert Baratheon. Possibly the Stormlands went to Seaworth because he had a claim for it?

AND YES, his titel was "The Onion King". Funny.
