Mr ships disappear when a reinforce them

Hi I am new to this game and figuring things out...slowly. But I had something happen that I think is most unusual. I had a fleet of three Cruisers, 3 prewar Battleships and one pre war carrier. Oh I am the United States. I just joined the war and I sent a task force to the Med. I took Corsica and was using it as a base. I moved my 3 cruisers 3 prewar BS and carrier to the naval base there to reinforce them and when I did, all my ships disappeared except for the pre-war carrier? I reloaded the game and it happened again. Is this sapposed to happen? or is it a bug. I don't want to start over so if it is a bug, I guess I will just not reinforce that fleet, too bad for them =)

Anyway if anyone knows of this problem, please let me know

Was the game started under 1.04?

Oh yes it was with the 1.04 patch. And it happens if I shut the game down, reboot, reload the saved game. I am going to try breaking the fleet up and reinforcing each ship seperately.

and Hardware support??? I don't think my PC hardware has anything to do with it. the game does not crash, my ships just disappear.

But anyway
Windows XP
AMD Athlon 1800+
Nvidia GE Force
SB Live

And I have the current drivers for everything and XP is patched up as good as it is going to be =)

I think I will try some in game work arounds. I have gotten this far, don't feel like loosing my fleet or starting over.

Huh....maybe it's just me but.....when I reinforce a ship it puts it into the force pool until it's fully repaired....sometimes it takes a month....so maybe that's where your ships are
