Search for the save name, then put it in the same folder on the other system as you took it from on the main one.

Oh you have a user made mod, sorry we do not support those for obvious reasons the main one being I know nothing about it sorry. You must contact the makers of that mod for help.
Well I see you have already posted in the MP forum, that is really the place for a question like this and I was going to move you there.
If you saved with using the MOD then the save would not work.
You would need to completely remove the mod from both computers.
And make sure the 4 letters in the version are the same, otherwise the game will not work.

Have you tried no mods of any kind ie fresh install of game on both systems and a new fresh game started?
