I've finally got something approaching a network running (yay!) and have been trying to play a multiplayer game against my brother.

The only problem is that we've decided we really fancy recreating the Chaco War with him playing Bolivia and me playing Paraguay. For some reason though, only the host computer is able to choose a small country, the participating computer is forced to choose a Great Power. Is there any way round this?

AFAIK, the host has to right click on the flag and then select another country - then you as a player can select the minor the host chose.

I hope that made sense!
