Multiplayer-Service is not available

Hi, im playing CK3 for 2 days now.
The only problem I have is the unavailable multiplayer service. I linked my paradox account with my steam. (CK3 Version 1.0.3 ; Checksum: 935c).
I restarted the game and my PC, but this didnt solve the problem.

As you can see in the pic below, I am logged in with my account.

A friend of mine also has this issue sometimes, but not always. I tried to reinstall the game as well.
Within the menu i get automatically logged out after 5 minutes. I dont know if this is a usual mechanism or another issue.

We are aware of an issue where some customers can't login/stay signed in with their Paradox account which then results in being unable to play multiplayer. We think we've found the issue and on September 22nd we will update the multiplayer servers which we hope will solve this.
