I've reached out to HBS and asked them to check the server but due to time zones I probably won't get a reply for another few hours.
 
I've got an update from the glorious folks over at HBS!

We've done some investigation and think we've narrowed down the possible explanation: a third party plugin we were using that went out of business. We are looking at possible solutions, but don't currently have an ETA on a fix.
