I haven't found anyone posting this so I do.

I have many royal titles with different inheritance law, France and 90% of other titles are Primogeniture, Byzantine Empire is seniority, Egypt and Mauritania are Gavelkind.

Logical solution here would be that he'd get opinion modifier from his de jure liege title - France since that's what decide who's going to be his next liege or eventually primary title but why he should be happy that Egypt is Gavelkind :D?

Wouldn't that depend on if he is eligible to inherit the other titles as well? If so, then I would consider it quite logical to have different opinions as a result of the different succession laws available for him.

He's not the heir, only vassal who is so far away in all lines of succession that he won't inherit anything outside of his French duchy. Vassals who are not from dynasty also get this modifiers. Only succession laws of France should interest him as they decide who will be his liege.

This can even be exploited, setting elective law in small kingdoms will give elective law bonuses across entire realm.

Here is my save, you can institute elective law in kingdom of Wales and duke of Trebizond who is on the other side of the map will get +20 bonus and +25 for law change....

This is still happening if you need another savegame, btw.

Lowering crown authority in one kingdom grants the "recently lowered crown authority" modifier on all vassals in all kingdoms.
