My character cannot marry

Description​

My betrothed died as a child (she was the Queen of England by then; mine, an adult, the King of Leon) and now my character cannot marry anyone else. I have promised also a grand wedding.

Steps to reproduce​

-Promise a child a grand wedding
-The betrothed child die, then you can't marry anymore
