I need some help to understand a couple of quirks.
First off, I made a Spartan reskin, and plan to make more individual reskins if I can understand what I am doing wrong.
The one minor problem I have is that when other minor Greeks use heavy infantry only they use the same skin as my Spartan's, so most of the time they dont get that skin, but I need to understand how I ONLY set it for Sparta.
At the moment all units for Sparta uses the correct new skin, it is just that heavy infantry for others clone that new one.
Secondly, I put that file in the newly created mod folder, which I made through Imperator Rome launcher.
But I understand I am missing something to redirect the game or something, because launching the game with the mod activated didnt mod the game. Nothing happened.
If I put that same file back into gfx - models- units etc it works.
I want to learn how I make the mod work, and tips on uploading
