My friend and I are both playing on version 1.3.3 and we have the same 3 mods in the same mod order too. We have also been consistently playing together for a few weeks without any problems with checksum, but today the checksum on both our games is different. Neither of us are playing in debug mode either.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Disable ALL mods and see if you then have the same checksum. If not, whoever does not have 1.3.2 4a4c needs to do a full clean re-install:
- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-Vic3
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Victoria3 AND Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add Victoria3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test
In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam Victoria3 or Documents Victoria3 locations, before installing again.
IF you all have that checksum, then all enable ONE mod and test. If that is okay, enable one more test ,etc. You'll soon see which is the problem mod.
