So recently me and my friend purchased Crusader Kings 3 on steam so we could play together, but in order to play online, you need to create a paradox plaza account, and although I managed to easily create one, my friend is still having problems creating and/or logging in. I'm posting this here because I tried to get help from the steam discussions and the paradox plaza reddit for no avail.
From what I understand, he tried to create the paradox account through Crusader Kings 3 account login, and the first error was "server error" one. After that, there were attempts of trying to log-in (because he thought that the account was already created), to create the account again through the paradox plaza (because he thought that maybe the CK3 account creation did not go through), and several password changed, that he managed to change, but still couldn't log in.
