My game gets constant crashes

Description​

My game always crashes even i can't pass the loading screen. I have tried to reinstall the game via steam as suggested but it didn't help. Please help me, because it's so frustrating.

Steps to reproduce​

I clicked play button in the launcher. Then it took me 10 minutes stucked on loading screen with music background. While in loading screen, the music stop playing then after 3 seconds the crash. report box appear
