My game is broken.......Need help ASAP

I have been playing fine with 1.25 beta for the past few days. But today I opted out to the newest version and then this happened. I tried verifying the integrity of the game, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling but neither worked. How should I fix this issue?

And also the units cannot register the positions of the provinces:

When you uninstalled, did you completely delete the remaining folder (both in Documents and in Steam directories) before reinstalling?

Do you check you didn't any mod installed and active?

Have you loaded a save from 1.25 under the current game patch ? If so that will never work, you need to start a new campaign unde rthe new version.
