My game keeps crashing. (VIC 3 no mods) HELP!

Please attach a DxDiag as well as any logs you find in this folder:
\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3\crashes

1. Hold the Windows key on your keyboard.
2. Tap the R key to open the Run window.
3. In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag
4. Press the Enter key
   The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load.
   If there is a pop-up window asking about digital driver signing; click Yes to proceed.
5. Click the Save all information button
6. Click the Save button
   The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt
7. Click the Exit button
