My old account got hacked got a new account on steam

My old account got hacked and I made a new account for steam. I do not want to re-buy all DLC’s for stellaris. My old card is no longer working. I have a new one can you guys give me all my stuff DLC’s that I own and put them on my new steam account please

Thats never going to happen.

You need to contact Steam and try to get your old account back, it's not Paradox's responsibility to compensate you.

Recovering your steam account is probably the easiest thing you can do
as long as that's true

Indeed - we cannot gift you a second copy of all those items, we'd have to buy them from Steam to give to you.

I'm sorry your account got hacked but this will have to be sorted out between you and Steam.
