My truces only last 5 years now...?

I've recently started playing EU3 Divine Wind again, and I could've sworn that truces used to last 10 years. In my most recent couple of games, however, they only last 5 years. Am I remembering something incorrectly, or is there some setting that reduces truce length to 5 years that I've accidentally turned on?

I only play(ed) EU3 In Nomine and I am 99.9 % sure, truces last 5 years.

It sounds like you reverted to an earlier version. Truces in the final version are 10 years, but earlier versions were 5 years.

I think you're right. I installed the latest 5.2 and it has 10 year truces now.

Horde truces are still only 5 years, I seem to recall. Hovering over the Truces icon shows a 10 year truce, but the horde will end it in 5 years.
