I've installed all the stuff needed to make mymap work with AGC-EEP, and the new map, which looks great btw, shows up without any problems. However, the minimap is really strange.

For some reason Europe appears when I click North America (!) and Australia appears when I click South Africa etc!!!

What the heck is going on? Are there two sets of mini maps out there? Who tought up the "brilliant" idea of splitting the atlantic and leaving the central piece of the mini map the pacific? :D

You installed it wrong as mini map was remade and fits MyMap very well.

Well everything works 100% except the minimap. After researching, it appears that there was a new mini map created by MKJ I believe that put east asia and australia near the centre of the map... so where do I get the files to correct the mini map? Or more correctly, correct the cordinates on the mini map to match up with those on the large map?

Make sure you have updated to the latest version. Provided that fails, doing a complete reinstall should solve the trick. Go here: http://www.vojska.net/games/eu2/

The problem is that you somehow didn't get the minimap file. You're still seeing the normal EU2 minimap, aren't you? MyMAP has Europe in the top-left of the minimap where the normal EU2 map places North America. Try re-installing.

map problem should go in the map subforum.

I fixed it.

The problem was that the old minimap files were for some reason still in the moddir, so renaming that fixed it. (MiniMapfull.bmp)

I'd still like to see a more "eurocentric" minimap, as its weird to see the pacific take up so much space, South America peeking out on two map sides.

I think it was made that way so Europe could have more provinces.

Good point.

AFAIK, not exactly the good reason. Agung Pasha never tried all possible solutions, for computer time consuming "problems".
