i need help, where do i install the newest version that is compatible AGCEEEP, and tell me how to install it, because i have tried for 2 days and it hasnt been working

Just unzip (or unrar) the archieved files to your main EU2 folder. This will overwrite some original files and create a subfolder named MyMap containig a bat-file with the same name. Double click and enjoy!
i dont really understand that =/ can u tell me each step? and can u put mymap with agceep?
