Names missing in world_names.csv

I've noticed that there are a few duchy names/tags that aren't listed in world_names.csv, but has its own tag (found in province.csv duchy column), CoA and can be created in-game. Amongst them are Samos and Thrake, and Murcia, but I'm not sure it can be created in-game(?) How, or rather where, are the names for these duchies listed?

These duchies were added in 1.03 and they are found in extra_text.csv.
