Nation making in DH

What about the doomsday file that was used in the other hoi2 games? It seems to be somewhat different in DH. Where to write the name on the new nation in DH? In AOD I just use the doomsday text.

world_names.csv I guess? Or mods.csv if you want to make a mod.

You can recreate a new tag and name for your nation in the world_names.csv file, and you define the nations cores and claims in the revolt.txt file.
