The text of the modifiers seems to be switched; "Focus on control of inflation" gives a modifier called "Growing Financial Sector" and vice versa. The effects themselves seem to be correct, however. It is a very minor bug, I know, but it bothers me lol. I can confirm that it is the same in the game itself (not just on the wiki).

N/A - just fire the event normally by taking Economic ideas and waiting
