Currently, when I load up EU4 and start a campaign, I cannot access the natives tab. The tab appears, but when I click on it, it will not load up. I just got Conquest of Paradise. Here is the game file

This is a bug which happens in the current version if you don't own all DLCs. I think it happens if you don't own the Winds of Change DLC, but I'm not 100% sure.
As far as I know, you currently need Conquest of Paradise + El Dorado/Winds of Change. It solves the problem in most cases. And considering that this bug has been occuring for 4 weeks already, I worry that if you don't want to buy another DLC, you'll have to wait till next bigger patch for Paradox to deal with it.
