Naval Unit Display Bug

Hello,

I am playing Australia in 1933.
I have moved 1 Transport fleet to Brisbane.

It arrives.

I check Naval Units display.

All units still show under Sydney.

I move a fleet to Melbourne.

Look under Naval Unit Display, all units still in Sydney.

My guess is Naval Unit Display is not updating itself.
I have all messages on, and units moved fine. Just display not showing where units are.

Melbourne doesn't have a 1 port so is not listed, but Brisbane has 10 port and is listed, and even with ships there, Naval Unit display incorrect.

Okay - Not a bug - I must rebase Fleets. I only moved them.
