Ok, this is my first attempt at an AAR!

And so it begins, I thought as I made my way into the Navarran court. King Renaldo d'Albert sat upon the throne, munching away as his people barely had enough food to make it through the year. A tyrant, I thought, but a military genious, and that was what I needed to complete my mission. I had been sent by French imperialists to be an advisor to the King of Navarra. My mission, to deal a serious blow to Spain, but the King didn't know that.
Jan 1st, the new year began. The standing army of 11/4/0 would not be enough to take the Spanish on. I convinced the King to raise an army of 6/4/0 in March.
July 25, Russia declared war on Kazan, which does not intrest me in the slightest. I order a new, better fort built in the capital, now given control of military affairs.
Oct 1, the Spanish army is seen by our scouts, moving to the north..not a good thing. I convinced the King it was an act of offense.
April 19, 1493, Grenanda pays 182d to Spain for peace. I was amazed that the tyrants did not annex them. Kazan pays 63d to Russia for peace.
In april, we are offered a royal marrige from France. Apparently, one does not have to be royal for a royal marrige. I was to marry the King of France's beautiful niece! It took place a month after. She now lived with me in the court of Navarra.
Jun 20th, Spain, England, Poland-Lith., Lorraine, and Naples go to war against the Han. leauge. This is to our advantage.
August 29, I have 9/1/0 commisioned. Out standing army now was at 26/9/0.
Dec. 25, Cologne declares war on Spain.
**** The First Spanish War ****
Jan 15- I had done it! I had convinced the war hungry king to declare war on the Spaniards. The one thing that I overlooked was allies, but I would take care of that later. Our capital was struck by a 21k Spanish army, which was beaten back after an amazing fight from our King, who was leading the army. The 31k that was left of our army marched to Aragon and it fell in a little less than 3 months. The army marched back to Nav. but were ambushed by the 7k and routed back to Aragon, a blow that we would soon recover from, thank God the Spanish siege force was reduced to 3k, unable to take the capital. The Spanish army, which was completely destroyed, to 500 men, met up with 7000 reinforcements. They layed siege to out capital as the army marched on Castille. It fell in one month, 2 days. A glorious victory indeed! Maybe Spain underestimated the power of the French! erm, Navarrans.
2 days after the fall of Castille, I created an alliance with the Portugeese, then invited the Muslims of Grenanda, religon was not what I was worried about at the moment.
On Jan 15,an exact year after the DoW, Toledo, the first of the primary targets falls! The gold mines were under our control. The second primary target, Andulusia is quickly sieged, with the 20k men remaining.
Mar. 30 Andulasia falls! Out targets were now uinder out control. We took Aragon, Castille, Toledo, Andulasia in a little over a years time.
Apr. 24. Peace is signed, I made the treaty, giving Navarra control of Toledo and Andulusia. 250d was also given as part of peace. The King feared that the Spanish were clearly not ready, but when they were, we would fall.
I feared this as well, but with two allies, I doubted it. I planned our next years as peace..I hoped that it would come out that way.
