Right now they are Lombard, most likely because they weren't changed way back when the Italian cultures got split up. It's a fairly minor nitpick, but it bothers me a bit.
Also, the Acciaioli family that ruled Athens were Florentine, not that it's particularly significant, but keeping them Lombard is a bit strange when Tuscan is probably somewhat more correct.
