I also bought my game in Denmark only a day after I read about it on the Internet. I really wanted to get the game right away, so I went to the nearest computer store, I immediately spotted the game on the shelf, went over to take a closer look and saw that it was a Danish version. I asked the man in the store if it also contained an English version and I also got him to open the package to look in the manual. We both saw the English screenshots and thought that the game had to be in English.
When I came home I of course realized that it was only Danish. I went back to the store to return the game, but they wouldn't take it back and I think that is the common policy in Danish computer stores.
I do speak Danish, but I would have preferred an English version. It's very uncommon to send out a game without the option to install an English version.
It would be nice if they made a patch that could upgrade the Danish and other versions to English.
