Need help for cirilization

When i try to translate HOI i was have problem with encoding. I need help for this. Tell me please with files i must edit.

you have a text.csv file in "HOi folder/config" that you can edit with excell or any text editor.
Replace, english words with yours and it should word.

I'm sorry to read that, it probably means paradox's engine doesn't support cirilic fonts.
You probably need to ask for a support of it but it's not sure it will be done

Btw, i was see the russian version - День Победьi the guys was done work very well. but i`m a too lame to du this property.
