Need Help - Game Suddenly Won't Play

I'm not sure exactly what's happening here. I've played the HOI2DD and HOI2 Armageddon dozens of times on my computers, but now the game won't play once I try to start a new game or saved game. I get the following:

Seems to be your problem as well. Try running the game in windowed mode.
