Need Help making new Mercenary/Holy order Companies

I was curious as to wear I can find the file where i can add mercenaries and holy orders, I was playing as the kingdom of Nubia for fun and I got my ass handed to me by hordes of Egyptians, and i want to mod or add new mercenaries for the Ethiopians.

From what I have so far looked at, you can give mercs a 'home town' but then I'm not so sure what determines how far they can be accessed from, or maybe I've missed it. For example, from Krakow I can still hire mercenaries based in Essex.

I think who can access them is under the "potential" or "allow" tag

Yeah I see hire triggers for say Christians or other groups...

but even after converting Jerusalem to Catholicism, I still only ever seemed to have access to two companies and not the option available to the main land European countries.
