Hmm, could it be because you have two accounts, the other one has over 1000 posts and the games registered on it.
Having more than one account is against board rules and you have created a little mess here with registering your games on different accounts.
You will need to contact the address Andrew mentioned and is also mentioned in the autoresponce you received. Or perhaps Kallocain, who looks after the registration keys, can assist you as she has a kind and forgiving heart.

A note for other members, accounts do not get magically reset, please contact us before jumping to these kind of conclusions.
 
I contacted paradox via email. I received an automated response and nothing more. Its been over 2 weeks now.

This by the way, is part of a spam protection. The forum admin e-mail is not checked. If you read it, it does state where you should e-mail instead.
If you contact one of those, I'm pretty sure you'll get a reply in a few days.
 
Firstly ok AndrewT, I will email them, but like said, they do not respond very promptly, or at all in my case.

Secondly, I do not have 2 accounts, at least not that I know of. If I do it is a mistake.

Lastly, I did not read it very carefully, because honestly that email was spam. I guess I'll have to try again.

A) I would not have told you that you have 2 accounts if I was not 100 percent sure.
So let me tell you again that you have 2 accounts
Try "Shiggs" and "Shiggs713".
I don't know how you forgot you had it as it has over 1000 posts and has posts on it months after you registered your shiggs713
You cannot keep both, but you have fubar'd your registrations now.

B) How was the e-mail "spam" it explained how you could get help fixing your problem. The <insert your favorite Deity> (and Admins) help those that help themselves. ;)
 
You can e-mail me, PM me or post here, all pretty much the same. The exceptoion would be if need to send something confidencial like a CD key or personal e-mail, in that case obviously you do not want to post it here and should use a PM or e-mail.

There should be a password recovery option when you try and log in.
