Hello, is there a mod similar to Reich Expansion Pack, i.e, various events and vary/fresh minister trait? I'm asking this because that mod hasn't been updated for a while, and I think it's unfortunate because it is an awesome mod.

I agree, it has a very "dense" atmosphere. In a perfect world, we would have a mod in which each DH nation would play like the German Reich in the Reich Expansion Pack.
That said, there's other mods that I feel do a good job in story-telling akin to REP. If you haven't, dive into the alternate universe of the Kaiserreich mod. That will keep you entertained for a while!
To a lesser degree, but still a lot of fun (to me) was the Bonaparte Legacy mod. Alternate history as well.
