Keyboard shortcuts are needed for:

Skip
Skip until healed
Sleep until enemy unit enters sight
Auto-explore
Cast spell
Wait and go to next unit
Center on unit

And probably some more.

Furthermore, shortcuts need to be rebindable, or at least take into account foreign keyboards (trying to scroll with wsad on an azerty keyboard isn't fun....)
Oh and the scrolling speed should be configurable in the options.

I have found this shortcuts in aother post:

F5 = QuickSave
F9 = Load QuickSave
[ and ] = cycle through units
Alt-R = Open and Close Research
Alt-C = Open and Close Cast Spell
F12 = Takes screenshot (this might be the steam overlay)
H= Turn Hex on and off
G = Guard Mode
E = I think causes a unit to Explore for that turn. My unit just start moving to the fog when I hit E.
Arrow keys scroll the map.

At least I found you don't have to move your units just hit enter to go to next turn. The more annoying thing to me is more move/attack being a left click action. That makes it really easy to accidentally move or attack when you just meant to select something.

I would like the enter key to react like Civ 4 - the same as clicking the purple button with the reminder on it such as "Assign unit orders". This would jump to units, cities etc until all actions have been done without needing to click the button. When all actions are comlete Enter will end turn, or Shift-Enter would force the end turn at any point.

[ and ] = cycle through units
Those don't seem to work for me, possible because I have a Danish keyboard with different mappings.

[ and ] doesn't work here either - probably for the same reason as Peter.

I'd like to sign the petition for hot-keys. Having to sentry 2/3 of my army takes a lot of clicking :)

I don't know if it can help, but in spanish keyboard you can use the keys directly above [ and ] to cycle units (you need to have a unit selected to be able to do so anyway).

Anyway not worth it, as you need to select a unit anyway, using the alerts may be more convenient

You could always change your input language
