When I last saved, my colony was going through a dust storm. I then reopen it today, and the dust storm is still going on. Perfectly normal. The dust storm then ends midway through the day but none of my solar panels open and none of my MOXIEs or water-vapour collects start producing again. No notification telling me there's a dust storm and I can launch rockets like usual but the solar panels etc. tell me that they can't work during a dust storm... anyone got any ideas? I think I've attached the save so you can have a look if you want...

Hitting the same, there was a patch yesterday and it seems to have broken my save. I was able to deconstruct and re-construct the moxie after the storm ended so at least I'm not suffocating anymore :)

Wow, I reloaded the save and started building new solar panel and moxie buildings before the store ended and they hit the same issue!
