Okay guys, Mr. Computer Illiterate is back. Before I attempt to install the new January Beta I have the following questions:

1. Is it possible to save the entire Game System 1.07 26 Nov Beta as I am currently running it to a CD (I have a CD writer) before making any changes?

2. If so, how do I do this?

3. If I do that, will it then have all my saved games on the CD?

4. If I can't save the entire thing to a CD, is there some way to keep my saved games so I don't lose them when I install the Beta? How do I do this?

5. Do I really have to install a clean 1.07 before trying to install the January Beta, or can I just install the Beta over the 26 Nov one that I already have?

Thanks in advance for tolerating my computer questions.

Ron

If you do not know how to copy to a CD then let's skip that.
Just follow the same procedure we did with the last beta, and you should have no problem. You can use the existing version you have and install over it.

Hold off installing the latest beta until some problems that have been reported are solved.

Remove the game from your system following the uninstall instruction, ( you can find the link in the self help sticky).
Then Install the game then the 1.07 patch, then the beta patch before the last one.

Well it will not work from the subfolder , but it may if you delete everything in the original folder then copy the contents of your backup folder into the original folder.

Or you could adjust the registry settings.
