OK, so I had some to kill, and decided to make more changes. Of course, it is a waste of time, and everybody has different estethics, anyway. I did accidently make some changes that actually add some consistency (shallow justification for time wasting). Except for Russia, all "official" majors have a brightness to them, while the minors are all dull. These changes continue that while giving Russia a bit of brightness. (big deal

The olive green used for Hungary and others is not in this file - sigh, I would like to lighten it a bit, maybe give it a blue'ish tinge.
There don't seem to be any unexpected consequences with these colors.
