Here is an upload of a small mod I made, which:
a) adds in province spread Jewish conversion. While the game starts with character events that cause provinces to become Jewish, it doesn't have a provincexprovince event. I just copied the Muslim one, and modified it a bit to make it apply to Jews.
b) adds in an event that converts fosterlings. If a catholic fosterling is in an orthodox court, they will either become zealous, or convert to orthodoxy (and vice-versa).

If you have an unmodded game, just unzip the file into your game directory, otherwise copy my modtext data into your current modtext folder, and also copy the bottom line of my event.txt file into the bottom of your games event.txt file.
