New countries

I know a lot of people have requests for countries that shuold be included.

I will star with South America. I would like this countries to be included in future versions of doomsday or HOI3:

- Incan Empire (or Tahuantinsuyo):
An Empire that has as national provinces all of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Chile. Capital city: Cusco.

- Grand Colombia:
Consists of Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela and Panamá. Capital city: Bogotá

- Latin-America:
All of Central America and south America (including the Cuba and all caribean islands)

- Spanish-America:
Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Central America, Cuba and Haiti.
