I was trying to create a customized defense platform but when I selected the option to create the platform, part of the formatting remained with the corvette and would only allow corvette sections for choice. The picture would remain defense platform even though the title and sections remain corvette.

You'll see in the first picture below, the formatting isn't aligned correct, and in the last pictures the visuals became absent, or were already absent.

Again, probably not a bug, just needs to be reworked after the update. The new gameplay is great, Paradox does a wonderful job and this is such a phenomenal game. You have me at every expansion, please touch up the cosmetics as well. Thanks guys.

Oh, also, please change 'military fleet' to 'naval fleet' on the side-bar for consistency. Please change 'got' the trait back to 'gained' or 'acquired' in the pop-down menu for leaders. I found the wording to be careless, thanks!

There's another issue with the ship designer where the names of the ship sections won't stay consistent with what they are selected as after you switch to and from different ships. So, if I take a look at my destroyer ship with two picket slots, then take a look at a cruiser afterward, even though the slots on the cruiser are correct, they are still labelled as picket instead of artillery bow. This will revert back if you adjust it proper and doesn't seem to influence the game, but it's definitely a consistency and doesn't go away.

The ship designer needs to be looked at.
It is really bugged. I wanted to design a second cruiser but I could not do it, cause every time I want to, the game switch the cruiser to a destroyer, leaving me with a single cruiser design. There is a workaround tho: dont delete the auto design (I always did before the patch). Instead use that design to make the wanted ship (in my case a cruiser) and then, when done, rename it. The new ship design will appear and the auto design will stay there, allowing the player to make as many design a he wishes. Not ideal but still

Reading this post again. I feel like such a rude person. I can't believe this is how I was writing! Some days we're more connected to the computer than each other. I truly apologize for how this sounds. I just love Stellaris.

The game is fine now, this aspect of it has been fixed and they were probably just working on it after the new release that happened.

FIXED, was this issue.
