I'm sorry, why would Valve support have anything to do with this?

It's not showing up in my PARADOX account, as shown in the screenshots above, lifted from the website.

Does Valve run that for Paradox?

I have the same issue. Active game subscription but the DLC shows as unowned both in game and in Steam. Has anyone found a solution? Just wait?

Edit: Waiting has apparently helped, now I have the DLC.

As the subscription is purchased through Steam, the activation of that product needs to be done through Steam - it's only after that that you can then link it to your Paradox account. Sorry for the confusion!

Screenshot from Valve. This has not happened for any previous DLC.

This applies only to in-game DLC; as the verification here is happening at the platform level, it's not something we have control over sadly.

Apologies that we can't be of more help, but please be assured our teams are still up working to resolve issues that *are* within our control.

Speaking personally, in cases where this has happened to other games, the delayed rollout of releases to subscribers seems to be no longer than a day, and it seems to affect people randomly. But I can sympathise with how frustrating it must be, especially when the only actionable advice is "just wait a little longer" - hopefully it is sooner rather than later!

I guess it has something to do with the way the DLC is flagged as "purchased" or owned through steam for some reason despite the product being subscribed to?

Seems like a weird way to have the verification checks set-up, but fair enough, I guess.
