New faith Saurism not in any county

Description​

According to changelog, there were supposed to be start character to pick with the new faith 867 and 1066. No one can be found.

Steps to reproduce​

Start game, click to create own ruler, but dont click any county. Press C for searching character. Type in Saurism and result is 0 chracters.

Thank you for your report! There is a county with Saurism hindu faith in Thikana of Multan, but there indeed is no playable character with Saurism as their faith on both starting dates. This is a bug, i added it to our database.
