Please fill in the more important nations first as its clear that if we dont a faster host, having all these nations will create serious lag and we are forced to cut down small nations like BB or Portugals and but we are trying our best to find a superb host.

-3 Prov Max in peace deal rule will change in 1700 to 5 provs/alliance and after 1800 there will be no limit
-NO Truce Breaks(thats for noobs)
-Maximum of 3 players can be in same alliance
-Vasallisation by event or war means that you MUST stay as vassal for 20 years (u can get freedom before time if your lord allow that to u)
-Different peace deals and publik pakts(and diplomatical deals generally) must be honored (for example force-open COTs for 20 years, Demilitarization of certain area etc, etc...)
-If a nation has -99WS and with -3 stab it must accept the next offer of peace unless making a huge counter-attack (counter-attacker will be given a goal from GM which he has to reach to prove that he is really doing a counter-attack)
-Province/Army/Fleet selling or other stuff between 2 players which are costly or impossible to do ingame will be edited after session
-only 3 citys or 4 colonies can be traded between sessions, no more(this is to prevent full continents from prov trade). (3-0, 2-1, 1-2, 0-4)
-if u know the naval way, or u have a colony near what u want to trade from another player the colony can be traded, no matter u know it or not. it would be too complicated to trade it after session start+10 min when u know them, in the middle of the game by war, then edit the BB and stabhit later out...
-provs cant be trade in session, just if its a public forum deal and just about 1 prov(see in: eng-swe deal), but better to make this kind of edits by war if it doesnt cost stabhit
-You have the option of Colonial War where you only fight in Colonial grounds and not in Europe, this must be agreed by all participants of war however
-Be severely late without good reason and you will get punished
-If you know that you have no way in participating in 1 session, say it as soon as possible and try to find a proper sub (Perm Subs are recommended!)
-If u go AFK in the middle of a human war because u have to do something we will wait 5 mins for u, then game goes on and your enemies do whatever they want. If u ctd in the middle of a war we will of course rehost in that day. if u just ctd we will rehost next jan.
-Subs are not allowed to dow other Subs or Perms without the Perm agreeing on it (or GM agreeing on it, because the balance or the future of the game depends on it and so on...)
-No VNET noobs, if you cant find sub then you will be AI (any !severe! damage and domestic sliders will be edited after)
-Burning of Trade Posts above level 2 is not allowed
-If you dow a human players vassal you must dow the overlord aswell, this wont apply to any deals with the 2 nations concerning the vassal of course
-If someone's vasal dow u, u can do whatever u want with it, of course maybe the lord will react. If someone's vasal dow your allies u must stay neutral, if u enter the war u must dow the enemy Lord too. If a vasal dow your own vasal u again do whatver u want.
-Über Volunteered host receives -2 inflation or 300gold or -3BB per session.
-Other important rules might be implemented as the game goes on
-Oh and people always talk about rules but never say what happens if u brake em well heres what i had in mind: Mildly breaking the rules= -3 stab and half of your treasury will be confiscated, depending on the situation, Severely breaking the rules= 10 inflation, your current treasury will be confiscated and splitted up between other players and you get -6 stab depending on the situation of course.

-We will also decide who was the looser of the siesson too, if he had a great defeat in battle or was loosing many provs. he will get an exponencial year too to help him a bit -and of course Title too (The Fool, The Weak, The Mad, The Slave...)
-attacking other human nations when the human cant play or had to leave r the worst kind of breaking of the rules, will be tolerated with extreamly have punishment, maybe u will leave the game after that BE VERY CAREFULL!

-after the first 50 years of the game all BB protection rule expire (in 1543 jan 1 be careful! )

New, clear BB protection rules:
-BB will start with 600 gold
From 1492 to 1517
In the first 25 years BB will be offlimit to all other players. this mean BB can not be attacked by any other human nation, but also mean BB can not make a direct attack on other humans. however if other human sign alliance with small german nations around BB, BB can dow any of those AI nations. Other human must dishonor the alliance or he is breaking the rules and get huge inflation and all their money will be given to BB and get -6 stab to next siesson (BB can not attack other human's vasal). From 1517 to 1542
after the first 25 years only 1vs1 wars can be fought with BB for another 25 years period. this mean other nation can dow BB with their AI alliance but he cant get help from other humans. BB can also dow other humans with his AI alliance. Expl: If Swedens(human) are alliand with poland(human) and BB dow Swedens in the second 25 year period Poland must dishonor the alliance or its breaking the rules and get huge inflation and all their money goes to BB and get -6 stab to the next siesson.-after the first 50 years of the game all BB protection rule expire (in 1543 jan 1 be careful! )
