Please fill in the more important nations first as its clear that if we dont get faster host, having all these nations will create serious lag and we are forced to cut down nations like Portugal and Papal States, but we are trying our best to find a superb host.

Edits:

-Flanders created from Burgundy to have a dutch nation right from the start and to help France win the war, it is allied to france and must help France player until England has less than 2 provs in France

-Finland created from Sweden to help Denmark and Novgorod/Muscowy player. It has close bonds to Sweden though (MA,TA,Vassal etc...)

-Given slavonic culture

-Denmark has core on Bremen
-Copenhagen has now a small fort

England:
-Given 6 warships
-London has now a small fort

Byzantium/Ottoman Empire*:
-Byzantium has improved leaderfile(can be checked, just ask urko)
-Given Macedonia
-Army increased to 40K
-Given syrian culture

France:
-Gained 15K more troops

Portugal:
-Tago has now a large fort
-Tago has now 60K habitants
-Portugal lost its core on Tangiers and Canary islands

Castile*/Aragon:

Papal States/Genoa/Venice*:
-Venice has cores on Liguria and Roma

Brandenburg:
-Brandenburg has core on Munster
-Given Saxony and Pommern as vassals

Novgorod*/Muscowy:

-Fort in Krakow changed to medium
-Infrastructure changed to level 1
-Given 300 as starting cash

-All manus deleted except the ones in Europe

Rules:

-No map trading with AI

-No map trading with Humans until 1600

-Be gentle on the smaller human nations... no rush annex

-Always play with latest version/betapatch

-Persian/Nipponese/Chinese culture provs are not allowed to own until 1600

-Peace deals can include only 3 provs (COT=2 provs, Colony=1/2 provs, TP=0 provs, Gold prov=1 or 2 provs depending on its wealth)

-3 Prov Max in peace deal rule will expire in 1800

-No dowing for maps (for example dow Portugal, Siege tago, Peace out just to get their maps)

-Maximum of 3 players can be in same alliance

-Vasallisation by event or war means that you MUST stay as vassal for 20 years

-Different peace deals (and diplomatical deals generally) must be honored (for example force-open COTs for 20 years, Demilitarization of certain area etc, etc...)

-If a nation has -99WS and with -3 stab it must accept the next offer of peace unless making a huge counter-attack (counter-attacker will be given a goal from GM which he has to reach to prove that he is really doing a counter-attack)

-Province/Army/Fleet selling or other stuff between 2 players which are costly or impossible to do ingame will be edited after session

-You have the option of Colonial War where you only fight in Colonial grounds and not in Europe, this must be agreed by all participants of war however

-Be severely late without good reason and you will get punished

-If you know that you have no way in participating in 1 session, say it as soon as possible and try to find a proper sub (Perm Subs are recommended!)

-Subs are not allowed to dow other Subs or Perms without the Perm agreeing on it

-No VNET noobs, if you cant find sub then you will be AI (any !severe! damage and domestic sliders will be edited after)

-Play nice, extensive cursing, racist/gamey behaviour or ruining your country will lead you into black list and ban

-Have fun! And remember, the GMs are your daddy, mother, uncle and god so obey them

-Burning of Trade Posts above level 1 is not allowed

-If you dow a human players vassal you must dow the overlord aswell, this wont apply to any deals with the 2 nations concerning the vassal of course

-If you write an excellent AAR you will be granted either 100d, -0.25 inflation or +2 stab or -3 bb depending on your choice. Also the BEST AAR will get an extra bonus of 250 ducats.

-Changing names of provinces/armies/fleets are allowed to request for if they are historical or just "cool" :rofl:

-Volunteered host receives 40 VP per session.

-Other important rules might be implemented as the game goes on

-Oh and people always talk about rules but never say what happens if u brake em well heres what i had in mind: Mildly breaking the rules= -3 stab and half of your treasury will be confiscated, depending on the situation, Severely breaking the rules= 10 inflation, your current treasury will be confiscated and splitted up between other players and you get -6 stab depending on the situation of course.

Feel free = Feel all the free you can feel if you know all the current participans will chase you until you join (because if you're here the most possible is that it's only because you're one of our buddies in the ICQ ), and if you still reject joining... you'll appear in some dark street one night. Where are all th others? you just added us to the lsit and we had no tiem to "sign up" in the thread... That's not just, how will we laugh at other player's decisions if they don't sign up for the countries here, in the thread? :rofl:
 
Venice isnt on the "To be filled first list"?
Papal States will never get such good boots to have more potential than Venice. (especially in this scen)
I would take Venice if you agree! :)

I'm free on Tuesdays and I'm happy to join this MP game.
I want to play a new country and Novgorod looks in a good shape in 1419. And I think Muscowy will be AI, so I can become Russia in a century.
I'll observe the interesting rules this week and eventually I'll edit a demand about sth.

I demand the name to be edited back into VON DIPLOMACy so that my enemies will know exactly what power they are dealing with. Not some sort of a meek leader but THE LEADER!
 
How about there's some AAR requirement and perhaps a small gift to people who do it. Something which rewards those who do and yet does'nt directly punish them who dont.

Hi I would like to play with Castille, but first I wolud like to know at what time should I present my self. Im at GMT -03:00 So I think it would be from 14:00 to 18:30, am I right? If Im I can play
 
Some suggests

Only some suggests for GM:
- every player gains an explore in year 1650;
- costs for edits between the sessions;
- NAP must be declared on the thread and in the game;
- spheres of influence can be declared to avoid unexpected reactions;
- max 2 humans in a MA, avoiding teams (3 humans vs 3 humans in Europe);
- a DoW to a human's vassal needs DoW to its human Lord?
