New game won't launch - Mac

@AndrewT The file doesn't contain a minidump, however the exception file points at an issue with graphic rendering. Intel Mac incompatibility?

@AndrewT Unlike CK3, Victoria 3 has never used OpenGL. It used MoltenVK ever since release. There is no way to run V3 on OpenGL and the game no longer launching on Intel Macs cannot be related to that
