You need 1.05+1.05b. Official patches are cumulative so you don't need anything earlier but 1.05b is 'unofficial' so it needs to install over the official 1.05.

Also, the new 1.05c should work on top of 1.05b or 1.05 according to the readme.
 
Since C is out now just use it rather than B first.
