New Kingdom shield shape

Hi there,

I don't like that the kingdom and duchy shields look nearly the same.
So I changed the shape of the kingdom shields to squares.

If you like my shields all you have to do is to copy them to the /gfx/CoA directory and overwrite the original files. Please back them up first.

I use the kingdom shield for duchies and the duchy shield for principalities.
Made a new one for the kingdom with crown on top instead.

I stick to default CK's shields. It's easier to recognize the county when it has different shield shape from duchy...
