Any plans for more brand new nations (with new 3 letter codes rather than replacing existing nations)? I do hope so. I understand it must be difficult to add code, but you team has produced excellent results. I do hope to see even more new nations, both starting and revolter nations. Besides French Bourbon lands as a starting nation (provinces of Lyonnais, Auvergne, and Cevennes-correction from earlier threads), I would enjoy seeing the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (revolter), the Afghans (definitely a revolter, Durani Dynasty?), the Duchy of Kurland (restored as a later game revolter), the Manchu Kingdom (as a starter nation, domination of Ming China after 1644), and possibly European Central and South American revolters (very late game). Keep up your diligent efforts.

I would like to see more Itlaian states such as Mantua, Ferrara and Pisa(revolter).

I'm totally with you on all of those, except the Grand Duchy should be independent. It was independent from Poland starting during the reign of Grand Duke Vytautas <early-mid 15th cewntury>, and running to 1536, I beleive <Union of Lublin>.

Also, I would love to see an independent Grand Duchy. Poland-Lithuania in the GC is much too cumbersome and powerful. It would enhance the gameplay to have two smaller, more consolidated states.

Certainly Canada

One nation that could certainly appear would be Canada or Quebec. When the english colinies were on the brink of revolt in the 1770s, delegations were sent a couple of times to French Canada to propose a common revolt against the British Crown but the french clergy refused to back such attemps for fear of loosing its influence over the French population. But still it remains a possibility. And Mcguinn already made shields for it :)

Me thinks that maybe the IGC should have

a primary mission of maintaining a high-fidelity rendering of the era. Then, if Hartmann should invent the 'infinite time clock' perhaps he can spin out variants to satisfy everyone's predilictions. But the rumor is that Hartmann is married and I think that having a job and being married is enough to get the authorities to come to your house and confiscate the infinite time clock. SO if anyone here is remotely talented, single, unemployed and has access to a good computer with internet connection, please speak up.

As for me, I'm married too, have a job, and kids. Not only did they take the infinite time clock away from me, but when the kids arrived, they shaved 6 hours from every day.

So now I work, eat, sleep and only post messages. I am promised that when my kids turn 18 and I am old and grey, that 4 of the missing 6 hours will be returned to my days.

There's time and time

Sure ! I for one am not trapped in any type of matrimony so I have plenty of time. However, a guide to editing with all the relevant tables should be provided if they want help expending the game. Last time I suggested this I was told I should work it all out myself ... So I think we'll just go on posting and commenting here.
