This new patch, the DLC is grayed out in the launcher and I cannot play with my DLC, I switch back to the old one and it works fine.

Add ck2game.exe to the exceptions list/whitelist of your antivirus app. Then delete the documents/Paradox/ck2/gfx/ folder.
