New Permanent Russia Needed

Looks like we are going to need new permanent USSR
for TUE/THU Long Term. October 1945. Asian great
powers, - USSR, Japan and China vs Eurodemocracies
and the United States. Sessions start at 18-19:00 Central
European. All major nations in good shape.

Any volunteers?
