New Players Can't Play Multiplayer

Hello everyone, me and a few others are trying to start a game and they all just got the game, I've hosted the game and got 1 of them in but the other 2 while in the multiplayer screen don't have the button "Refresh Internet", only the "Refresh LAN shows up. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you!

I can only guess they have a firewall getting in the way; make sure all players have opened the required Steam ports in all their active firewalls (each player may have up to 3)
