Currently, all industry which produce weapons (aircrafts, rifles, navals cannons) are added for the total of your IC.

So an aircraft plant can build bombers the Monday and tanks the Tuesday...

So for me, it would be more realist to have 3 screens of production, a land weapons screen, an aeronautical screen and naval screen. The four sliders (production, supply, renfoircements and upgrades) are kept.
So there would be 2 types of IC, aeronautical and land weapons, and the IC of naval screen would come from the size of your navals bases.

The civil supply slider disapear for 2 others sliders :
Taxes sliders, witch brings money
Civil expenditures sliders, witch is the part of your state budjet used for education, health, roads or justice.

And if you want to reduce the dissent you have to rise the civil expenditures, and losing money during a short time.

For building factories, fortifications, navals bases or airports, you have to spend money and ressources, and perhaps few IC.

Yes, that would be good. It shouldn`t be Vicotria, but ~5 Industry branches would be better (Light Industry (Small Arms, munition), Medium (guns) heavy (motors, tanks), Naval, Heavy Naval (Crusiers or larger), Chemnistry (rockets, fuel), Civil Industry (Clothes, Construction, Food).

And this factories should be placed somewehre, so you may conquer or bomb they.

And the possibility to change a plant for another type id industry. With that the industrial mobilization of civil plants would be present in the game.

That would be nice.

It might be worth considering, in conjuntion with the designable divisions and the "units" (individual tanks/arty) discussions in other threads, to have production of tanks/arty/planes/etc in a system similar to the tech team system (but not as limited), where individual factories set up and run production lines. Example, The Foche-Wolfe factory in Essen (or where ever) starts a production line of Bf-109G under license from Messerschimdt and consumes X amount of resources/plane constructed. The production line can be set to "indefinate" which means keep producing until I tell you to stop, or other things could also trigger stop production (like lack of resources). It would means alot of factories to potentially manage, but once a production line is set up, it should run on automatic until you change it. Anybody who has experience with Grigby's WiR/2nd Front, or USAAF will recognize this.
